We all experience this state of trance regularly during the day, when we're daydreaming, watching TV,  focusing intently on a task, doing Yoga or meditation, and even when driving a car. 

In this relaxed state you can access the subconscious mind to change negative and limiting thoughts, beliefs.


Some people mistakenly believe that hypnosis is mind control, it's in fact the opposite, it's mind release, releasing our minds from ideas, beliefs and behaviours that limit us from achieving our full potential.
